The starting point is the Beginner level. By producing posters, it is possible to get points that allow the upgrading to the next level.  Higher levels correspond to shorter time frames, so more productivity!

Expert: 500 points
Intermediate: 100 points
Beginner: 0 points

With the random selection, elements of each category will be randomly assigned to the designer by the tool. Try it to save even more time!
